Pick up
- For your convienence, we may offer pick up option and we will informe you once your item is ready for pick up.
- We may ask you to confirm pick up date and a time window.
Shipping Times
- Our shipping times will depend of each product and will be informed for each product.
- Most of the times can take up to 15 days to recieve your package in CANADA only.
- As soon as your item is shipped we will send a confirmation email to you with the shipping information.
Shipping companies
- We will offer regular CANADA POST services for most items.
- We reserve the right to change shipping companies to our and client's benefit.

- We do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURN POLICY
Canada orders
Due to the sensitivity of our products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted, unless previously stated under a special occasion and within 30 days. When shopping at Lashscious you agree to purchase items "as is".
All opened products are subject to the return policy of the individual manufacturer. Please contact us in advance of purchase to determine the refund policy of each product, which varies. Ordinarily skincare and open skincare in particular are non-refundable. You agree to confirm these policies in advance of placing any order through our website, on our social media, or in our store.
International orders
Due to the complexities with shipping internationally, once an order is shipped, all international orders are final.
Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
If your order has not been shipped you may cancel your order for a full refund including shipping cost.
Please note that often times packages are shipped immediately.
If you need to cancel your order please contact our shipping warehouse as soon as possible at [email protected]
Refunds/ Lashscious Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund or Lashscious Credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within (five) days. If you are receiving a Lashscious Credit, a code will be issued to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items won't be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Shipping cost for returning an item
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
